Up and down the AT Approach Trail staircase, above the tallest waterfall in Georgia. Start at the reflecting pool, climb 604 feet across 604 stairs to the top, then head back down. Rinse and repeat, lap after lap, for 12 hours or for 84. This is not a race. It is a test of who you become when the stairs never end. You pick your hard.
