After a long day of exploring the park’s 10 hiking trails, there’s nothing better than our plush mattresses and soft sheets. Each Lodge Room comes equipped with modern amenities including central air, satellite TV and Wi-Fi as well as complimentary coffee, tea and water.
Our 13 cabins come well-equipped with heating and air conditioning, decks, fireplaces and satellite TV, and are some of the finest cabins in Georgia. Our two different sites, Wooded Mountain Top or Creek Side Below the Falls, and 1, 2, or 3-bedroom arrangements, give guests even more options to choose from. No matter what time of year you visit, our cabins will keep you comfortable.
The nine mountaintop cabins above the falls are ideal for groups planning to trek along the park’s hiking trails and beyond into the Chattahoochee National Forest. The four creekside cabins along the creek have been renovated to include modern furnishings and amenities.
No matter which cabin location you select, you can’t go wrong. Each location is just steps from the park’s well-maintained Georgia Mountain trails and minutes from the highest cascading waterfall in Georgia, Amicalola Falls.
Pet-Friendly Cabins Available – We are a pet-friendly State Park and welcome your canine companion to stay with you at one of our four pet-friendly cabins. Dogs must remain leashed at all times and there are restrictions and limitations for overnight canine guests, so please call ahead for details. Service animals are always welcome at Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge.

With 18 wooded campsites accommodating tent camping and RVs, the campground at Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge is the ideal location for your next Georgia adventure.
At the top, you will find each one of our well-maintained campsites is an easy pull-in or back-in site with water, power, grill and fire ring. A premier location for Georgia State parks camping, Amicalola Falls State Park’s sites are in great shape with ample space and privacy. Campsites have a six-person occupancy limit, and tents must fit on designated tent pads. Check-in services for campsites are at the Lodge. ADA-accessible camping is available.
