Family Reunions
Amicalola Falls is a great place to host family reunions. We have a number of ways in which family can stay and play together in our North Georgia Mountain Paradise. When planning your family reunion this summer, it’s always good to know Where to Stay, Where to Eat and What to Do!
Lodge
From standard one-bedroom hotel rooms offer a single king or two queen beds to extended stay suite that include a living room and kitchenette, the Amicalola Falls Lodge offers diverse accommodations for families of all sizes. Those traveling with children will enjoy our Loft Rooms while those couples traveling together can take advantage of our Junior Suite. Situated on top of the mountain, every room carries a unique view of the forest below.
Cabins
Amicalola Falls has 14 rustic Georgia Mountain cabins that sit both above and below the Amicalola Falls. Our cabins are equipped with a full kitchen, heating and air conditioning, decks, fireplaces and satellite TV, and are available in 1, 2, or 3-bedroom arrangements.
Campground
Our campground boasts a total of 24 individual campsites that perfect for both RV and tent camping. Each campsite is well-maintained and offers ample space and privacy, water, power, grill and fire ring. A comfort station with laundry facility, restrooms and showers is centrally located to provide easy access.
Glamping
Combining luxury and the great outdoors, our extra spacious completely furnished Safari Tents give large families or groups of friends the extra space they need to glamp in comfort. Amicalola Falls State Park offers 4 glamping sites.
Cascades
There’s no need to leave the park in order to feed the family. The park has a full-service restaurant open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in the Lodge. The restaurant offers hearty meals from the menu, crowd pleasing buffets and even a wide selection of wines and other adult beverages.
Catering
Speak with our Sales Team about having one of your family meals catered at the lodge. We can provide private dining options in our expansive conference center or patio.
Picnic Shelters
Is everyone bringing a family-favorite dish to share with the group? Consider renting out our Pavilion near the campgrounds or other Picnic Shelters located around Amicalola Falls State Park. Each Shelter offers charcoal grills and plenty of picnic table style seating.
Adventure Activities
From educational presentations in the lodge lobby to guided hikes up our spectacular cascading waterfall and GPS Scavenger Hunts to Survivalist Camp, there are a number of Adventure Activities that can accommodate participants of all ages and abilities.
Screaming Eagle Aerial Adventure Tour
Offering both Level I and Level II options, our ziplining course is guaranteed to give you an adrenaline-rushed bird’s eye view of our beautiful and spectacular park.
Team Building Activities
